These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Internet sites ("TSHK Sites") of Trane Service Hong Kong ("TSHK"); by using the TSHK Sites, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. TSHK may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore visit this page regularly to review the current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
Purpose and Use
The content and information posted on the TSHK Sites are for informational purposes only. Information on products and services may pertain to limited geographic areas and markets.
No Offer
None of the content and information posted on the TSHK Sites may be deemed to constitute an offer by TSHK. TSHK expressly reserves the right to decline any request made on basis of the content and information of the TSHK Sites for a tender by TSHK.
Orders for TSHK products cannot and may not be placed over the TSHK Sites.

The information that TSHK collects and stores during your use of the TSHK Sites is used to monitor use of the TSHK Sites and to help the further development of the same. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
