Trane Hong Kong Receives Another Energy Award from Association of Energy Engineers

Trane Hong Kong is honored with the Corporate Energy Management of the Year Award 2020, Asia Pacific Region by the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), in recognition of the company’s outstanding accomplishments in Hong Kong for developing, organizing, managing and implementing its comprehensive energy management programs. This is the second consecutive year that Trane Hong Kong received the AEE Award, after the win of Innovative Energy Project of the Year Award 2019.

Trane was invited by Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC) to share green best practices with Hong Kong Green Shop Alliance (HKGSA) to build a greener retail environment.

Managed by the Swire Properties, the Citygate Outlets in Tung Chung has demonstrated its strong sustainability commitment and green practices to the HKGSA's member in its outlets mall air-conditioning plant upgrade project. The upgrade project was awarded the “Innovative Energy Project of the Year 2019” in the Association of Energy Engineers Award 2019.

Trane Hong Kong Annual Dinner Party – Celebration of a Winning Year

This evening, the Annual Dinner of Trane Hong Kong, Trane Service Hong Kong and Hong Kong Air-conditioning Parts Centre has taken place at Central.

Mr Frankie Chan (5th from R), Managing Director delivered his opening speech in the dinner party. He appreciates all team members’ dedicated joint effort in winning two honorable awards last year, the “Association of Energy Engineers Award 2019” and the Grand Award of “Green Building Award 2019” and believes that Trane will keep on thriving for ever-growing result in 2020 with our excellence in professionalism and team spirit.

After toasting, Frankie presented the prizes of the “Trane Long Service Award” to our colleagues. And then, Mr Danis Chan, General Manager of Trane Service Hong Kong presented the prizes to the winners of “Trane Safety Award”.

Congratulations to our business partner, New World Development Company Limited that their large-scale re-development project, K11 ATELIER King's Road is the first building in the world to achieve All Platinum levels of the WELL Building Standard™ Pre-certification, Hong Kong BEAM Plus Provisional Certification and the U.S. LEED Pre-certification!
