Festival Walk

Festival Walk is a multi-storey composite building with a shopping centre and an office tower located in Kowloon Tong. It comprises over 200 different retail stores and restaurant, a multi-screen cinema, one of Hong Kong’s largest ice rinks, over 21,000m2 of office space, and 830 car park spaces.

TSHK has been appointed to conduct a building energy audit for the common areas, and four key types of central building services installation of Festival Walk, including air-conditioning, lighting, plumbing and drainage, as well as the lift and escalator.
